Well I have been on this site for a couple months now have come to realise there are two kinds of people here. There are the ones that want to learn how to be successful, and the ones that think they know how.
What I have learned is that most of the ones that are marking big money today will not make a dime if they decide to walk away and stop what they are doing. So they have no residual income they can never retire unless they actually save enough money to do that. In my search I have found that there is a way to work hard for a couple years and then you can retire and enjoy your life. Yes you can walk away from work take your laptop with you to answer emails and check to see how much your next check is going to be.There are people that will teach you how to do this and it is free information that a lot of people are selling to make money but we decided to help people so they can become successful, and we will be rewarded in the long run. I believe in the theory that what you do for others will come back to you ten times over.

Texas Blue Lacy
Hello how many of you have ever heard of the Texas Blue Lacy?It originated in the Texas Hill Country back in the 1858 The Blue Lacy was recognized by the State of Texas in 2001 by the Texas Senate. In Senate Resolution No. 436, the 77th Legislature honored the blue Lacy as "...a true Texas breed". The Texas Legislature is the state legislature of the U.S. state of Texas. ... . I am the proud owner of two Blue Lacy's they are the smartest dog I think I have ever seen .They are a cross between scent hound, grey hound, and coyote.So yes they can be a little protective. They are very protective of there owners. They are very quick and agile for their size. . They are average size 16 to 21 inches tall and weigh between 30 and 45 pounds. There main job was herding cattle and running trap lines. They are very good at blood trailing wounded animals. Now days they use them for blood trailing wounded deer. The big ranches that have the trophy deer hunts use them to find the deer the after the hunter shoots it. Well we are about to have a litter of Puppies and it seems that everyone wants one of these dogs. We advertised on the Internet that we were going to have a litter of puppies and received over 80 emails and calls for puppies. So that got me to thinking I need to get a few more mama dogs and have a few more puppies.

What kids Don't Know
Well I had a very surprising talk with my stepson last night and I am very concerned about this young generation. We were talking about what he was studying for in college. he has been in trade school for two years and after each year he decides he doesn't like what he has chosen to do. Well now it is the end of the second year and he failed his final exam. his excuse for that was that he only took that because his DAD told him he cold make lots of money doing it.
Well some of you know me and know how I treated that I asked him if his dad was rich or still working, he said still working. Next question I asked him is your dad happy doing what he does, he said no. Then I had to ask him why do you want to do something that makes someone miserable. Why do you want to do something you have no interest in for the the rest of your life? His answer was well because if I don't my dad will yell at me because I didn't do what he said.
I asked him what he wanted to do and what made him happy. He didn't know how to answer that question. He told me he just wanted a good job that he could have a million dollars in the bank by the time he 65 years old so he cold retire. Well I am not sure that working a J O B you can ever have a million dollars in the bank. Well let me say this I know a lot of people that make a half a million dollars a year. Strangely enough those people have less money that I do. They are always stressed out and unhappy.
We got to talking about time management, he asked what is that? I tried to explain it in a way that he could understand he is 25 years old and will play video games 24 hours a day. So I asked him how long he slept every day he said about 10 hours a day. I told him that leaves you 14 hours a day to make your million dollars. Now he does a lot of text messages he figured about 2 hours a day for that so now he is down to 12 hours a day.Then have the personal care now you are at 11 hours a day. Then you have meals that is another three hours a day so now you have8 hours a day. then now we are getting to the time consuming stuff.I asked him how long do you play video games he said average of 4 hours a a day now you are down to 4 hours. The the other time stealer how much TV do you watch about an hour a day, now he is 3 hours a day. Now he has to get to classes and back home that takes about a half hour drive each way. He only Has 2 hours a day to focus on his school and wonders why he can not pass.
This new generation has no idea what it takes to obtain success they know they want it. They don't know what it is. If you think having a million dollars in the bank is success well your wrong.that is not success that is having money in the bank. Most people that I know making enough money to actually save that much money if they lost there job would be dead broke in a year of less. For the simple they have no plan for the future. They are working to build someone Else's plan. I told him he had less than two hours a day to make his million dollars and asked him how long it was going to take him at two hours a a day to get to where he wanted to be. It was like a slap in the face to him. He then asked what he needed to do to reach is 1 million dollars. I told him to stop worrying about the million dollars and focus on what your going to do to do to make your self happy. I told him unless you are happy it doesn't matter if you have money in the bank or not you will never be successful. You can not measure success by the amount of money in the bank. the youth of today think that working for someone making big money is going to make them free. Well the problem I have seen with every one of those people are they spend what they make. When there boss says they are fired they have no money saved because they didn't think they would ever get fired and all this money they were making would always be coming in.Bosses use you until you become a burden to them, either you are costing them too much money or they have gotten all the knowledge that you have to offer. then it is on to fresh ideas and cheaper salaries.
I know this was a long story but condensing it would not have made the point. Every one of us here know that we can never become successful working a JOB. With out time management there is not much chance that we can become successful either. So the next time you see a kid in college I challenge you to ask him a few questions and see if he knows what it takes to become successful in life. I almost bet you that you hear the same answers I got.

Questions from the Trenches
have talked to a lot of people lately and I always get the same questions.
Why am I not making any money like I was told I could?
I am doing everything I was told to do except make a list of friends and family. If I ask my up line they tell me the reason I am failing is because I didn't make the list and have an in home meeting. I refuse to do that and make all of my friends mad at me. So what do I need to do?
Well I truly believe that is the worst thing you can do and any company that says that is what you need to do is not very interested in your success. If your friends and family see that your successful in you business they will ask you what your doing. If they like what they see they will probably join you in your business. I don't look for friends and family as associates.I will however give them a sample of the product I am selling. If they benefit from the products and 9 times out of 10 they will buy the products from me.Then once they see I am making money they will ask how can I make some extra money like your doing?
Any company that doesn't believe in Internet marketing or doesn't have step by step training in place is only trying to get your money.They don't care if you succeed or not. They got your money up front and if you're not smart enough to figure out how the system works that is your fault.
Your lack of success is not your fault. You need to learn how to think and not what to think. Your company in my opinion should provide you with free training. You are selling their products right. Or is the only money made on the sale of information.If the only money being made is on information, and you can't make any money with products that is not a duplicatible system and you will fail. I am looking for a home business that I can work until I reach the income level I am Happy with. Then I can slow down or even retire if I am so inclined to, without the worry of not having a check coming in each and every month.
I guess in summary if your company doesn't know how to spell MLM you might just want to find a company that does. I know just the company that does that for me and many others. Thanks for your time and interest in my article.

Mentoring For Free

From MO Money To NO Money
Comp plans; every company has them. Some are designed for the top guys to make the money. Some are designed to let the middleman make enough money so you think you can make it to the top. But the closer you get to the top the more you have to do to stay there. Nobody will ever tell you these things until you get there. It is a secret they keep from you, and for a good reason. They know the average person can’t survive on just what you are making from your down line. They also know that if you do very well you will as they say, “Pass them up”. When that happens they lose all the income that you have been producing for them.
So why do they want to tell you how to sponsor more people? In reality they want you to sponsor enough people to get to a certain point where it gets too hard for you to qualify for YOUR commission check. If you can’t qualify it rolls up to them. I call that theft! Isn’t that a nice way to help your down line. Normally when that happens you get angry and just quit. Well guess what you just gave your up line a few new people to work. Yes your down line just passed to your up line. Then the process starts all over again.
Well I am not sure about the rest of you but in the last company I worked with my executive director had 3500 people in his down line and was only making $80,000 a year. At the time I left that company his strongest leg was about to pass him. When that takes place his 3500 people down line becomes a 1500 people down line. What do you think happens to his check? Your right, it goes from $80,000 a year to $20,000 a year. He has put 5 years into building this down line and now he has to start all over because the company he works with can’t spell MLM.
I don’t know about the rest of you, but I would rather work for a company that where you had a down line of 500 or less and I could retire with that. I want to build my team, build it once, and never have to worry about being passed up and having to start from scratch. Isn’t it better to build it right the first time than having to rebuild your business to get to retirement? Does your company measure up? Teaching From the Heart
You know it is funny we are all here to share thought words and wisdom from what we have learned from others.Some of us are so excited by what we have learned that we want to share it with everyone we see. I love helping people I wish I would have had someone that truly wanted to help when I started in this business Instead of just wanting to make a quick buck off of me. Well I am not here to try and make a quick buck off of any one I am just looking to help the people that feel like there is something missing. You see this business needs to be fun and rewarding. If it is not fun and rewarding we normally feel like it is a JOB. Don't get me wrong it is a lot of work but it doesn't have to be boring work. Make it fun and interesting. Enjoy who your working with. I have to go back to the saying I have about if you can't spend 30 days on vacation with someone don't put them in your business's.
